2. License & Allowed Use

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use all tools offered on the Website.

• There are no upload fees, conversion caps, or subscription walls.
• You may not attempt to scrape or reverse engineer our static client-side JS bundles with the intent of copycat distribution without giving appropriate attribution.

3. Custody & Ownership of Documents

You retain 100% custody, ownership, and intellectual property rights of all files.

Because our codebase operates entirely inside your own browser's tab sandbox (client-side), we never assume custody, possession, or hosting rights over your files. Your legal documents never traverse the internet to our servers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

LegalPDFPro provides these document processing utilities "as is" and "as available". Because computations run locally on your browser using WebAssembly and Javascript engines:

• We do not warrant that local processing will be completely error-free on all browser versions or devices.
• We are not liable for any rendering glitches, font mismatches, or layout shifts occurring during local conversions.
• You are advised to review the output of converted documents (e.g. PDF to Word) to ensure exact compliance with court filings or contract signings.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LegalPDFPro, its developers, or owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, document corruption, or data errors) arising from the use or inability to use our local browser utility tools.
